Refund policy

· Unless you have specified when purchasing that you want an express shipment, delivery is generally made within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that PO Boxes are not accepted for delivery. 
·  Customers who want a refund must contact us by phone for approval. The goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the authorization number. A product returned without an authorization number will be rejected and will be returned to you at your expense.
· Exchanges are allowed, except for special orders and custom items. 
· The customer must bear the delivery costs in case of a return.
· All merchandise must be in its original packaging and must be resell-able for exchange and reimbursement.
